Take Your New Home Walk-Thru
Prior to closing on your new Anderson Home, a certified Quality Assurance Inspector will evaluate your home to make sure it meets our high standards and your personal needs. Each and every Anderson Peak Performance Home is also tested by a third-party energy certification company to ensure we meet strict ENERGY STAR® guidelines.
Take Over Ownership Of Your New Home
We’re entering the Home Stretch. You’ll now be scheduled to meet with an Anderson Homes’ approved attorney to obtain and sign all necessary paperwork for closing.
